Mitz Concepcion is a lifelong friend of mine. We have grown up together since the third grade. He is now a student here at the University of Northern Iowa. He has since gained experience in backpacking, and hiking. In this episode Mitz will tell us his tips and tricks about the essential equipment that is needed to have a well planned out hiking trip.
